At Green’s Defensive Solutions, we’re committed to providing affordable, professional training designed for law enforcement. Our instructors are full-time patrol officers, so we understand the unpredictability of law enforcement schedules. If you need to cancel or reschedule, reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate. However, to keep classes affordable and running smoothly, we have an official cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 1 Week Before Class: If you cancel more than 7 days before class, you may receive a full refund or credit towards a future class.

• Within 7 Days of Class: Cancellations made anytime within the 7 days leading up to the class—whether 7 days or 1 day prior—are eligible for a credit towards a future class. No refunds will be offered.

• No Call, No Show: If you miss the class without prior notice, refunds or credits won’t be available.

Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion for emergency or law enforcement-related circumstances.
