Welcome to Green's Defensive Solutions, LLC. By registering for and participating in our training services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for our courses.

2. Services Provided

  • Green's Defensive Solutions, LLC offers CLEET-certified firearms training and handling courses, primarily for active-duty law enforcement officers. Other responsible parties may be eligible for training at our discretion.

  • Courses available for online registration are limited to active-duty law enforcement officers.

3. Registration and Payment

  • Registration: All participants must register for courses through our website at https://greensdefensivesolutions.com/registration.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By registering, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions regarding payment processing. Alternatively, payments may be made by check with prior authorization only. To request authorization for these payment methods, please contact us at greensdefensivesolutions@gmail.com before registration.

  • Cancellation and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy is available at https://greensdefensivesolutions.com/cancellation. By registering, you agree to abide by these policies.

4. Assumption of Risk and Disclaimer of Liability

  • Inherent Risks: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with firearms training, including the potential for physical injury. By participating, you assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

  • Safety and Compliance: All participants are required to follow strict safety protocols. Any participant found in violation of these protocols will be asked to leave the class and will not receive CLEET credit or a refund. This includes individuals who, in our judgment, pose a risk to themselves or others.

  • Personal Responsibility: Each participant is responsible for providing and wearing their own eye and ear protection, as well as ensuring their firearm is in safe working order.

  • Liability Waiver: By participating in our courses, you agree to release and hold harmless Green's Defensive Solutions, LLC, its instructors, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from injuries or damages incurred during training.

5. Ownership of Training Materials and Media

  • Intellectual Property: All training materials provided by Green's Defensive Solutions, LLC are the property of the company and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside of the training context without express written consent.

  • Media Usage: Green's Defensive Solutions, LLC reserves the right to use photographs and video footage taken during classes for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to have their image used may opt out by emailing us at greensdefensivesolutions@gmail.com.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Participant Behavior: All participants must adhere to a code of conduct that prioritizes safety, respect for others, and compliance with all training instructions.

  • Removal from Class: We reserve the right to remove any participant who fails to adhere to our safety protocols, poses a danger to others, or does not act responsibly during the course. Participants asked to leave will not be eligible for CLEET credit or refunds.

By registering for our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Green's Defensive Solutions, LLC reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. We encourage participants to review this document periodically.
