FIREARMS INSTRUCToR PREP course

Firearms Instructor Prep Course- CLEET Certified Firearms Training for Oklahoma Law Enforcement by Green's Defensive Solutions

PRICING: $350 for one person, plus $75 for each additional person (maximum class size of three people).

CLASS DESCRIPTION:  Becoming a CLEET Firearms instructor is no easy task; it is one of the country's most challenging state-accredited firearms instructor courses. The toughest portion is Phase II, where you shoot the PPC Match Five and have to score a 540 or better to move on. Much of the course of fire is shot from the 50-yard line and many different positions. Less than 50% of those attending Phase II pass, and it's even more difficult for those who train and prepare for it alone, but it doesn't have to be this way.

I am offering a Firearm Instructor Prep Course. This training course can be done as a one-on-one course or as a small group (up to 3 people). If your department has a range, I can come there or reserve range time for us. This preparatory course will begin several months before you complete Phase II. We will meet at the range four times in the months leading up to Phase II, during which time I will help you prepare for the PPC Match Five and show you tips and tricks to reach that required score of 540. The course also includes dry fire drills and training recommendations for you to complete between training sessions.

Each range session will be approximately 3 hours of instruction. But I am flexible, and the contents of each training session will depend on your progression. I will supply the targets and backers and submit the letter stating you shot a 480 on the PPC Match Five, which is required to attend Phase II.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

  • Firearm meeting the standards required by CLEET (contact me for more information if needed)

  • Minimum of four magazines or speedloaders for the firearm

  • Holster and method to carry extra magazines

  • Eye and ear protection

  • Notebook to log scores and drills

  • Ammo Count can vary depending on how much you want to shoot, but I would plan on at least 1000 rounds.
